He has 3 jobs and goes to college so he doesnt have much time for me. But when we havent seen eachother for a while, he texts and calls me like crazy. Its only after we've spent time together.

 I think you know where this relationship is going when you say "once in a while." He doesn't see you afterwards meaning he's probably ready to break up. Relationships are closeness with separation of like, a day before both get lovesick for the other. You two don't seem as close as before. I think it's time to break up and move on.
