He doesn't make time for me anymore

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hi.

I have always enjoyed reading this site as it seemed like people were always honest and nice, so im hoping someone can maybe help me.

Ive been going out for my boyfriend for about 11 months and he's always been super sweet and nice, and always made me feel so loved. But lately it's seems he doesn't want to make time for me and he doesn't seem to really work for me as much. He use to do so much things for me , with little surprises and stuff like that. and now i feel like he's bored. I've asked him but he says that he loves me and that nothing changed. I feel like he has more time for his best friend then me.

We didn't see each other for three weeks because he were out of the country, and I noticed it got worse ever since he came back. I just miss talking to him as much and i feel like he doesn't treat me as special anymore.

I'm just wondering if I'm being silly for worrying and maybe i shouldn't expect him to keep up with surprises and stuff.

If anyone has any advice that be great, and thank you.

Over..worried. agony auntMaybe he feels you didn't put as much into as he did and he feels it's his turn to be on the receiving end?

There might be the possibility he doesn't feel he has to try as hard anymore because h does already have you. I have like heard stories and such that in long relationships that often happens.

Or there is the chance ... things have changed and he;s just not ready to admit it :(
