I agree with Creampuff, get him checked out but if you use condoms this could be the problem.
Try giving him a hand job and seeing if he can controle this, you will be able to watch as he gets near to orgasm so can tell him he is about to come and then see if you can pull back and slow it down.
Also get out some sex books they have lots of different possitions maybe a new possition will help.

Could be various reasons for this so i would say he should go to the doctors and get checked out to make sure there isnt a problem. I had a similar problem with my Bf but resolved this thro trying diffrant condoms ( trying to find one that was thin so he could feel and wasnt too tight him either)I'd keep an eye on his scrotum (his testicle “sack”), as it is usually a good indicator of how close he is to coming. As a guy gets closer to climax, the skin on his scrotum tightens and pulls his testicles towards his body to warm them up.Is it the same during manual stimulation or just during sex?
