All I can say is that it's getting a little easier each day (He left me at Christmas) and talking to my friends about it has really helped as well.Try to remember people you've gotten over in the past, and how long ago that seems now, this guy will one day be the in the past as well, and you will get over him.Treat yourself a little if you can, rent some feelgood movies, have a haircut, go out to eat or for coffee with friends, and know that you're not alone in feeling this way.Loads of luck and keep your chin up xxxxx

 Its always painful when someone tells you they don't love you back...sometimes it takes a while to get over it...
you just need to let him go and continue your life
go with your friends and just have fun to take your mind off him
