Okay, so about a month ago I got into swimming and a guy caught my eye, my friend said that when i wasn't looking, he would stare at me, so i thought he might be interested. on friday, of the first week, i decided to talk to him and everything went well, so i invited him to the mall on Saturday. When I saw him there, he was being weird. I asked him what his name was and he just turned around,so I left. then when I saw him in swimming on monday, I asked him what was wrong, and he said he was talking to some friends, and we didn't talk for the rest of the week. On the third week, I asked him for his number on Tuesday, and we were texting, but I became worried that he never texts me, it's always me who has to text first, but I didn't mind because in a previous conversation he had mentioned he was shy, so I thought that was it. I invited him to the mall on Saturday and we were joking around, he was being really cool, and we went to the movies, but he left early. I then texted him after the movie telling him I liked him, and he said 'I like you too, you're cool' but I'm guessing he meant it in a friend way. On Sunday. i texted him 3 times. I know, I'm super annoying. and he never replied. so now it's monday, and i didn't go to swimming. (can't..girl stuff.) and im not going for the rest of the week. and he hasn't texted me today. what should i do?

I think you should lay off him for a bit. You're the one making all the moves. No matter how shy he is, if he really liked you he would make the effort to text you. Since you're not going swimming this week, it'd be a good opportunity for him to text you.
If he texts you this week then I'd say there's a chance that he might like you. Generally by what's happened so far, I would say that he only likes you as a friend. Unless he's incredibly shy, which could cause a bit of a problem.
