writes:Ok, so I've known this guy since May 2008. We talked, and talked thru email. Then, we finally exchanged #'s in July! After that..I was starting a new relationship. We still kept in touch, but not so much at the end. I ended things with my ex..and he was the first one who knew. He immediately asked me out on a date that night..we planned it for two weeks after. I have to admit I wasn't all there..yeah thinking about my ex. I thought I blew it. Apparently not because he asked me out again..this time movies and dinner. Sounds good... but he calls me "Buddy". I'm confused... I want to start the New Year... not wondering. So, this time when I texted him back I made it a point to call him "Buddy" Did we wait too long and now we're in the friend zone?

Now that I think about it..we've never commented on anything personal. Hmmm..then we were talking sports and his text said, "You're lucky that you have a friend who can teach you a lot about the sport."
I was a lil crushed..but glad I have a good friend.
