 I am very sorry for your predicaments.
It will depend on whether your ex still wants you or have found somebody else.
You can call him and talk to him about it but if he has
decided, then you should cut your losses and start a new life .
Don't beg him because it is very pathetic and clingy which is also a turn off for him.
