writes: hirecently split up from my boyfriend of 2 1/2 yrs, he saaid he 'thought' he loved me , but had decided he didnt? says he's still got feelings for me, still fancies me etc but doesnt love me. i dont feel ive had chance to air my feelings , talked to my friends etc , but dont feel i got chance to say all i wanted to say to him, just to have some closure on my part, is still all going round my head , after a month. he did say his head was still 'messed up' over me, so dont really understand why we split , and didnt just take some time out. dont know whther it would be a good thing to ask him to talk over a drink or something (somewhere neutral ) just to get rid of my feeling, or should i just sit it out. is so frustrating, am doing allsorts but theyre all just a distraction?HELP!!!

Suggest you write it all down in a letter but not necessarily post it to him. Actually writing it will focus your thoughts and you'll get things off your chest to some extent. If you think you might want to send it .. sleep on it. You'll get fired up while writing but might feel different the next day. You might find that if you did arrange to meet, you wouldn't be able to say what you wanted, how you wanted.
