at the risk of sounding rude, it does not sound like he is interested. guys will go out of their way to talk to you or be with you if they are interested..this guy won't even tetx you back most of the time.
you don't want to have to do the running in a relationship. theres a fine line between playing hard to get and just plain not being interested and in this situatin it sounds like the latter. i hate to break it to you..but youre worth so much more than that. plenty of other guys will come along. hope this helped! :)

 start texting him more often.. and maybe arrange to go out?.. if you still feel nervous.. perhaps a group date would be best?.. dont be afraid to show the love sweetee.. why should we be afraid of love?.. we have been conditioned to believe its a form of weakness and to fear it.. but it isnt weakness and we shouldnt fear it.. its strength.. freedom.. open your heart.. feel whats in there and embrace it.. :)
