I don't know what to do. She already told me she doesn't want to fall in love and she acts like she has no emotions at all. Can anyone tell me how to voice my feelings without making her leave me?

You have to be honest with her.
Ask her why she KEEPS standing you up like this.
If you just ask her why she is doing this then she might realise she's hurting you and be a better girlfriend.
She sounds a bit selfish to me, she's happy to have a boyfriend but won't put any effort in or let you into her feelings. That's not fair on you.
She's either in or out of this relationship, she can't be half way.
Good Luck!! xx
