writes:I've had the same extremely disturbing dream the last couple of nights. My dreams consist of my dad and I... doing something really disgusting with each other. Committing incest.In my dream last night, my dad wanted to go again and I screamed out, "We can't! It's incest!" And the whole time his personality is that of my ex-boyfriend's. And I've recently seen the movie "Precious", so I'm thinking the rape scene between the father and daughter has something to do with it.I wouldn't mind it if I was having dreams like this involving someone who is NOT my relative. But it's my father and today, talking to him for just 30 seconds, I couldn't even look him in the eye without wanting to throw-up. It's making me feel extremely violated and I was never touched! Not even as a child!What do I do about this situation?

 Actually sex dreams about parents are very common. Cosmo even did a little mini-article thing about it once. Don't let it go to your head. It's super gross to think about, but it's actually pretty normal.

Dont worry about it
For a long time your father was the main man in your life and as you grow subconcouisly you test out your feminine flirty side with him because its safe and of course he wont respond.
Its nothing to worry about, the dreams will stop and soon you can have a conversation with your dad without images popping into your head :)
