writes:I started working for a well known Supermarket chain about 6 months ago. Since then, I have grown attracted to one of my department bosses. She's blonde, 33 (which without giving my ag, and the other week me and her had hot and raunchy sex together. This was out of work, in a club environment, and we'd been chatting all night. She away, is more than 10 years older than me) e's been single for around a year and was gagging for it. Begin that this wasn't as work, I went for it. Since then though she has been very affectionate with me at work, normally on our lunch breaks or when our working hours finish. She doesn't treat me differently, despite this, and I still respect her as a boss. However, we have talked outside of work about making our casual sex a regular thing between us. Is this worth accepting considering out positions and the current situation?

reader, anonymous, writes (11 April 2010): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThanks guys. I think it's worth continuing with, as she's not technically my boss but only a boss at the company. So I don't know if it's going to affect my job, even if it goes horribly.
I'm gonna keep going with it! She's definitely worth the effort. An older woman is defo more fun, guys! =P

 No reason why not. Two bits of advice:
1. If it ends badly, you'll probably have to quit your job
2. Use contraception always. If she gets pregnant, at her age, she's likely to keep it, whether you want to or not

We have fun and cos it's casual it doesn't effect our work or our relationship together. She treats me the same as other employees because we do all our naughty things outside of work. My only concern is people at work finding out, but then I suppose we're allowed to do what we like after hours...
