writes: Having a real bad year and not getting anywhere!Here's the issue, Home Foreclosured, Stop it with Chap 13 paying court costs thru paychek and wondering if I just sign my vehicle to a relative once the Chap 13 doesn't go through and turn to Chap 7 with the risk of losing my vehicle, meaning I won't have the vehicle in my name, but will still be driving it just under my relatives name; so that I keep my job after so many years and still hold onto my job.Would that come back to haunt me?
