writes: I’m 17 years of age and I cannot get a teacher at my collage out of my head. I’m really confused because I don’t have a physical attraction to him in any way, I just really admire him a lot but sometimes I think I have a crush on him because I’m think about him all the time and when I see him I fill up with joy inside. The trouble is I don’t what to feel this way about him and I don’t want him to think I have a crush on him but the more I try to make out that I don’t have a crush on him the more I make it seem as though I do have a crush on him… even though I don’t (if you understand what I mean). I have tired to look at the negatives about him and the things I don’t like about him but it’s not working… How can I get over this??? (And don’t say give it time). Who ever said having a crush (or what ever I’m feeling for him) is fun, was wrong because its not… it just takes over your life and makes you look and feel stupid!!!xxx

reader, anonymous, writes (13 November 2007): i feel you. honestly, the best way to get over him is to find a new guy. try to join a school club or something and find new guys. maybe a political science club, medical club, lol i don't know, but a club that is interesting to you. i'm sure that way you will find many guys that are interested in a field which you are in. and who knows maybe with one of these guys your friendship can develope into something more.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 July 2006): I can't transfer out of his class because they are short staffed for that subject and he’s the only one that teachers some of the units I have to complete anyway! If I did transfer they would want to know why? ... I cant exactly say its because I think I have a crush on my teacher! But thanks for yor advise anyway xxx
