writes:I am a 31 yr old male. I haven't had sex in over 4 yrs. I am frustrated and don't know how to go about approaching a female and go about even initiating it. I wouldn't mind a girlfriend or even a fwb. I don't go out much if at all anymore so don't have many instances in meeting women. I have tried doing the online thing but have not had much success with it and am skeptical about doing it again. I am pretty quiet and unconfident in my skills when it comes to approaching and talking to women. I have been feeling down and like a failure and don't know how to get out of this. I am a pretty low key guy and am always told that I am a really nice guy by every woman I have met. All girls that I know all say that any girl would be lucky to be with a guy like me. I am not a bad looking guy and keep in shape. Please help. Reply to this Question

reader, anonymous, writes (7 February 2011): Don't feel so bad. I haven't had sex in 8 years and even then that was a one night stand. And it was about 5 years before that when I had sex before. As a matter of fact I haven't had regular sex for over 20 years. The only advice I can give is, if you like sex, don't get married and don't get old.

if you have any female friend or relative tell her honestly about your problem and she well tell you about the cons and pros in your personality and how to improve it
and she might even arrange you with a girl..usually women

reader, anonymous, writes (27 November 2010): I would recommend taking seminars on how to approach and meet woman. You can google them. Look for the term Pua or pick up artist. Then go to the book store and buy books about the subject. The first one I recommend is called "The Game" by Neil Strauss.
That helped me a lot.
