If you're not going to take your pill properly then you need a better form of birth control such as the injection or the IUD coil. Because eventually you're going to end up pregnant.
And really, if you know you've missed a pill then you need to have the common sense to use condoms for the next 7 days. Or not have sex at all. You said you missed one on the Thursday and Sunday and then had unprotected sex on the Sunday, there's really no point in using the pill at all because you're not protecting yourself.
It's far too early to do a pregnancy test, they usually start to become accurate at around 3 weeks gone. So you're just going to have to wait. If you develop any pregnancy symptoms such as sickeness or tender breasts over the next few weeks then stop taking your pill immediately at see your doctor for a test.
I hope you get the answer you're looking for.
And please, if you need to transfer to another method that is easier for you then do so. Because an unwanted pregnancy is a lot worse that having an injection every 3 months. Until then if you know you've missed a pill then USE A CONDOM for 7 days afterwards.
Good luck.

Why don't you take a pregnancy test? We aren't psychic! Also, the birth control pill seems to be a bad choice for you if you forget to take it, try the implant or the injection or the coil!! Ask your doctor, then you will feel more secure as you don't have to remember to have to do something everyday. X
