Question - (10 August 2008) 3 Answers - (Newest, 12 August 2008)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, *eff writes:

well ive known this boy for around 4 years and he is like my best friend and always calls me names messing about teases me and we have a good laugh.

and the other day someone told him how i feel about him and since then the teasing has gone down and he is being a lot nicer and also getting more jealous and moody when i talk to other boys.

is this a sign as he loves me too?

or is it just he feels strange about the whole thing?

i think ive ruined it for me and him because its not the same as it used to be.

If he's moody and jealous, it sounds as if he might already be in love with you, or falling in love with you. You may not have ruined things, but you certainly have changed things.

superrrshawna agony aunti definitely don't think you ruined anything! so stop thinking that way!

he may just be confused with his feelings towards you, since going from friends to something more might have never crossed his mind.

i think he likes you just because he is making an effort to be nicer and is getting jealous and moody. boys tend to do that.

either way, try to treat him the same as always [maybe with an extra touch of sugar!] and wait for him to figure his heart out!

good luck
