I dont think your broken it. i used tampons for my period for years before i had sex and they cant effect it so why would a finger? a tampon goes up a lot further than a finger could.
Dont worry about it, for all you knwo it could of just been a bit of abnormal bleeding or you might of even nipped yourself with a finger nail?!
