"please calm me down guys..dont fuel my anxiety by answering like that.. "Answering the true and correct answer...It may well have been illegal in your state, if you incited a minor to engage in sexual activity. On the other hand, if she doesn't mention it to the authorities, then I doubt anything will come of it - the police are all too well aware that things like this happen, and also know, for example, that MANY people are having underage sex.You say you've broken off the relationship, but if anything does happen in the future, ensuring that you abide by the legal age of consent for sex in your state should help. That means don't penetrate her body with any part of your own, including don't be holding any object and inserting it 'down there' The only penetration that would be allowed is your tongue in her mouth - kissingIf you respect the girl enough to be in a relationship, you shall never push for any sexual activity that she's uncomfortable with, and also you won't engage in physical sexual interaction until it's legal to do so.- Crazy.

As others have said, it depends on your States laws. In some States the age of consent for actual sex is 16, so phone-sex would be perfectly fine.As a sexually active adult you should be doing your own research prior to engaging in behaviours that may be illegal. Responsibility knows no age limit. Here is a list of the ages of consent in North America, and corresponding legal summaries:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_North_AmericaMay this experience teach you a life lesson you will carry into the future.I hope this helps.

If it's a conservative, law & order religious state, I suppose the authorities could construe it as a crime. But really, I can't imagine anyone bothering to go after you -- it seems awfully minor. I'd relax -- all you really did was kiss her!

As to whether morally you did something wrong, perhaps. But we don't know the circumstance. It certainly doesn't sound like she was hurt or ruined, and it all sounds completely willing. That counts for something I suppose. Though some form of statutory rape can still be charged even if you did things WITH the minor's consent...However, I'm assuming she is, or is close to, seventeen by this point. And if you haven't got in trouble yet, chances are you won't.

[Mod, if possible, please append this to my previous comment]One thing that's harder to check with American law, is that it may be an offense under State law, and as I don't know what State you're in, i can't check!Regards,Crazy.

Right now, I can't answer your question for you; as I'm not sure of the details of American law. However, I know that under UK law, it would be illegal.Section 10 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003"Causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity."http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2003/ukpga_20030042_en_2#pt1-pb5-l1g10I'll have a look at American law now....
