So i thought he is married! At that point i started avoiding him, didn't even look at him when i passed him on the street, and just found out that the other girl was a work mate and newly married to someone else from someone who works with them both. Thing is what do i do now? I do like him but kept my distance as i thought he had a partner, now he doesn't even smile at me. All sounds pathetic but do u think their is still a chance he could still like me or have i blew it?? His office is on my door step so without fail i run into him daily! What to do??

You are actually very lucky as you've actually done something that may actually really attract him. He's only not looking at you because you've stopped flirting with him. When a girl stops flirting with you, but then turns back on, that can be a real turn on, even if he doesn't show it. Just start being friendly again and see what happens. He may think you're trying to play him, or being a tease so you can flirtily give the real reason. "So you're not married to ____, my bad", or something like that. And if you do start going out, make sure you tell him exactly what happened. It'll put his mind at ease, and like Young said, will make you look good for not going after a married man.You are very lucky as this is actually could be a fun relationship starter. Just get you're flirt back on and you'll be fine.

He took your avoiding him as not being interested, so that's why he stopped being as friendly. Surely you didn't expect him to keep smiling, checking you out, and flirting with you when you acted like he wasn't even there? No one wants to make a fool of themselves, after all. It's certainly possible he still likes you. All you have to do to find out is start being friendly again like you were before, and see what happens. Just don't wait too long, or it might be too late. Hopefully he will assume you were just having a bad day when you ignored him, and not think anything of it. You can explain why you went cold on him, but ONLY if he asks. If he doesn't mention it, you shouldn't either. On a side note, I commend you for backing off when you thought he was married. It seems there are too many women out there who try even harder for a married man's attention than they do for a single man.
