Have you tried kegel exercises?Hold your pee when you're midway for about 10seconds.You can do it anytime even when you're not peeing.Just contract your muscles like you're preventing yourself from farting,or like you're holding your pee 10seconds,then relax.You can do it over and over again.This helps strengthen the muscles of your vagina and makes it tighter.Even women who've just given birth do this and their vaginas become snug again.
