writes: Hello. Just a quick question. After months of e-mails and Instant Messaging but little face to face interaction at work (at her request - in case people should 'talk' about them - but there was a very flirtatious meeting in the library!) she finally sends him some chocolate via internal mail. He then asks over the phone for her mobile number which she then surrenders. They arrange, via IM and texting, to meet for lunch the following week away from work. She then decides she can't make this. So he re-schedules - she flakes again. Is she playing hard to get? Why bother leading him on? Should he pull back and stop e-mailing her to create a vaccuum to suck her back in again? Thanks for any views.

Has this girl got something to hide???
If this guy has tried and has to keep rearranging it sounds like she most probably is!!
maybe you should talk to her more and find out maybe even telling her how you feel and about how you fell she is leading you on!!
