I tried to tell myself I didn't love him, so I began to ignore his flirting, glances, and just him in general. Now he pretty much ignores me too. I guess you don't know what you've got till it's gone...so I guess my question is, do you think he's lost interest, or is there a chance he's just repressing his feelings like I was?

If neither of you told each other how you felt about each other of course it will eventually go. Relationships start of with flirting. Some people can read body language really well, others take a bit longer. With you giving him the non-verbal brush off has given him the wrong signal. It might not be too late to put it right.
There are lots of articles on flirting on the internet and how to read mens body language. Give it ago. If you are anything like me, I hate making the first move on a man so you may have to make the move to draw him too you.
Good Luck!
