I take it you want to find out if someone is cheating? There are ways of going about that and it would likely be fraudulent as you would probably need to impersonate the bill payer and request a copy of itemised billing. I wouldnt recommend it. Trust your instincts and look for a legal way of finding out the same information.

Cateyes agony auntI have never done it myself, however, I know that it can be done. Go online and type in "how to get cell phone numbers" and different web sites will appear. Choose one that best fits your needs of what all you want. Many people, collection agencies and other types of business get their info this way. You pay for only what you need ,you will see how the fees vary for other info that can be included, address, etc... Hope that helps.
