The major factor in the cheating is whether or not it was an emotional affair or just purely sex. Most women can't seperate the two. Most men find it very easy to do. That being said, I'm speaking of couples who have been together 10 or more years. That's seems to be when everyone starts having the thoughts of " what if this or that. " "am I or is he/ she good". If you can keep it strictly sex I think it can be a good thing. It relieves all those crazy little thoughts out of your mind.
