Hi Katie Kate, I see your from the UK like me.... sorry none of the aunts with experience of this have come through to you, but here's a couple of numbers with people that can help you.
Samaritans... http://www.samaritans.org/
UK: 08457 90 90 90
ROI: 1850 60 90 90
The samaritans are absolutely brilliant, 24 hours a day, you can always find someone to talk to. Conidential service, you don't even have to give your real name. They are volunteers who want to help and will listen without judgement, and are always there.
Rape Crisis Centres ..... http://www.rapecrisis.org.uk/
Check the website for the number of your nearest centre. These people are the experts. They know what you are going through, they are volunteers who have had the same experiences as you. They know exactly what you feel, they know exactly what you need. They are only a phone call away, they have centres, telephone lines and drop in centres, tons of stuff to help you feel better and cope with this.
Please give either the Rape crisis people or the samaritans a call. Real people experienced in dealing with trauma, they are the people you need to turn to and they will help you come through this, stronger and wiser, a little battered, but you will overcome babes and survive...
So sorry we can't help more, but these people are the best in the world.... :)

Do they not have rape crisis centers in your area? Check it out. They have victim support groups and they can be hugely beneficial. If you don't have anything of the sort where you live perhaps you could find a trained counselor who can help.

I'm not. But I have had a friend who was raped, so I kind of understand. But if you'd feel better, wait for someone who has been what you have.
