I have zero definition on my arms and legs and it looks horrible.I am going the doctor anyway, but I was wondering if anyone (males especially) have had any success with gaining weight when they were underweight?Everything I try seems to yield no results! Has anyone actually had any proven success gaining weight?Thank you. Reply to this Question Share |

Yes I stopped smoking and went from a tiny 7 stone to 10 stone!!!!
My hubbie was a skinny teenager but now he is very muscly 37 year old so bide your time and wait or do what he did, lots of exercise to build muscle and lots of bike riding. Really built up his legs!!!

I'm not a guy but my brothers and I are twigs, and for people with our body type, the best thing to do is to gain muscle, not weight. Start going to the gym, or swimming everyday. My brothers were sticks in high school, but they all picked up some kind of sport or exercise and now they are built. Very handsome guys. Don't overeat a bunch of food that will ruin your health, embrase your skinny figure and make it tone. Good luck!

Well, yes, I have. I used to have the same problem you have now. Let's just say that, as you age, your concern becomes how to shed the pounds you put on. Enjoy that wonderful metabolism that lets you eat whatever you want and still stay skinny. You will miss it sometime in the future.
If you want to put on weight anyways, nothing beats eating a lot and NOT exercising.
