I tried to ignore him, told him that it bothered me and reported him to my manager, but my manager is too soft on him, and he is always in my face no matter how much I try to avoid him. What can I do now, because this guy really bothers me, but I don't want to lose my job either.

Guys in highschool have to deal with this all the time.
He is doing it because he is getting a response from you.
You have to either have no response, so he doesnt get his jollies, or an overwhelming response where he realises that he doesnt want any more of that.
The non-legal way of dealing with it is to have your boyfriend throw him a beatdown. That would be enjoyable.
The legal way is to fill out a police report about this freezer incident. As long as you dont look like some kind of sketchy weirdo the police will be glad to help out when you ask them to help back off some punk. What the hell, they live to brace punks, they love this stuff. They can go 'take his statement' and your managers and they get to lean on them a little.
And then you can take the police report to corporate HR. They should love hearing about how this joker has a lawsuit brewing for them.

If nothing is being done about this crazy idiot and you have clearly tried then I have to agree w/the last person and say find another job. It's time to move on, you don't deserve to be treated like that and if they won't fire him and your tired of his actions then move on.
