Yes. There are quite a few nasties that can be passed on by oral sex - the most common is herpes. Some can't, and some of the worst ones are highly unlikely to pass during oral sex. Most (but not all) would have produced some symptoms by now, but go and get yourself checked out just in case. It's far easier to get them treated if they are picked up early, and waiting too long can have serious consequences.
