After a while he became touchy on purpose but not in a sexual way, and he eventually asked me to go out with him and his friends to a party. I was busy and couldnt, and since then he has asked me what i am up to on the weekend and says we should go out soon etc. However, I get the feeling he is seeing anoter girl from college. The thing i dont understand is why he is so adamant that I go out with him on the weekend if it is possible that he is seeing this girl, especially considering that she would probably be there as they have similar friends. Do you think that i am reading too much into this or maybe he is keeping her on the sidelines as an option in case me and him dont work out? Thanks!

First you need to ask yourself whether you really interested in him.
If you do then express yourself and seek his reply.
Anyways you are just presuming that he might have someone, you never know he is genuinely interested in you.
And pls don't show yourself to be easily available(even if you like him)
best of luck!!
