Personally I would choose a plainer looking girl who wanted to have sex at least once a week over a real beauty who would only 'put up with' sex once every 6+ weeks.
But as other people said, intelligence and personality are more important.

 This is a very broad,generic question , with ample space for individual preferences . Plus, I am not a male.
But , if I am allowed to answer based on my generic experience and generic observation of males , I'd say, definitely A.
1 )A very " sexual " mate may feel like a wonderful thing for some guys, but many others may see her as demanding or challenging Plus, although a good physical connection is vital to make a relationship last, fireworks and sizzle - the novelty factor- only last so much, after a while the sexual side of things becomes somewhat less important. Not unimportant, but not the main value.
2) Quirky, antisocial and cries at dead cats do not sound as such a positive to most men . This is something that most guys would come to accept or tolerate if they like you ,all in all, but you can't consider it an attraction factor.
Sorry, it does sound like you'd prefer the answer to be " B "- but objectively I don't think this would be the case.

A is more outgoing and a bit more academic as well (although both a and b have won awards for their intelligence). A has a bigger group of friends and values freedom. She is very feminine but also slightly self absorbed. B is quieter and more reserved but once you get to know her she loves to chatter. B is very warm and cares about everyone. She cries even seeing dead cats on the side of the road. She is quirky but also a bit anti social and can be insecure.

 I don't think you can generalize this question.
Some guy who do not have a high sex drive themselves might be ecstatic for a gorgeous girl with and equally low sexdrive. Whereas a guy who is the "average" horny might tire of the all she is good for is looking pretty.
And let's not forget, there is more to these two girls then their looks and sex drive. I mean, I hope they come with a personality too, because I DO think some guys might go for a girl with a wonderful personality over just a pretty face.
Besides, how will a guy know that the girls have low/high sex drive until he takes the time to get to know them?

On the one hand, what's the point of having a hot girlfriend but bad or no sex. On the other hand, why be with someone you're not attracted to? Neither of them.

Depends entirely on the guy, could be someone who wants the gorgeous one and will try and make her have sex with him or someone who will go for the sex. I personally am not as interested in sex as most guys so id choose the one who I liked more.
