If he doesn't like the person, disapproves of her in every manner, and finds her extremely annoying and clingy, how can he even get near her? Let alone, having intercourse with her? (Now, since "not liking is not the same as hating, I will ask another question). Can he have sex with someone he HATES? If you think that is in fact possible, is there a lot (if any) of intimacy involved in this sex? Like kissing, giving orals, cuddling after sex, eye contact during sex, etc? I am super curious about this because it just can't wrap this idea around my head!

I too wonder WHY you are asking.
Some couples in open relationships have sex with people and it means nothing... some have rules that say "no kissing" some do not.
Can men (and women) have sex with people they don't like/love yeah I think they can.
Just like Victorian women were told to "close your eyes and think of England" as a way to have sex and get through it I'm sure there are folks that can do it and view it as a living masturbatory tool

The question was about sex part. The difference between guys and women is that guys have an ability to separate sex and feelings. For them sex is a pure physical act. Of course there is kissing involved, it's a also a physical act.
Many guys don't even have to like a woman physically as long as she makes sex available for them.

There are also women who pretend to be attracted & in love with a "good stable provider" man for years or decades. That is every bit as manipulative & wrong.
People use other people. It happens all the time. Some just give better excuses to justify it than others. The honorable ones remain honest with their partners about how they really feel the whole time.

At the time I really didn't like any of these people either. Although I certainly don't go out looking for it, on the pull as it were (I'm in my forties now!), but I would say that there is a certain type of man who simply wants to stick it anywhere and will. The male sex drive is generally much higher than a woman's, although I know women approaching 50 who will sleep with any man just for the sake of having sex. A bit sad really...

Some guys AND girls will have sex JUST to have sex. Who they have it with can be irrelevant.
Why they do it? Who knows and who cares? I'd personally just stay away from guys like that. Unless you are OK with just bring a "hole".

Howcome? Because some guys can separate sex from feelings. They just use the girl for the body, for the pleasure. Kissing is pleasurable, as is intercourse, as is giving and receiving oral sex... It's all part of sex. He doesn't have to like her, he can even dislike her, but if he's one of those who can separate sex from feelings, and he's horny, then sure it will happen. I've seen it several times.
It's a shitty thing to do to that girl! But some people can be assholes, as you know, and do it anyway.
Btw, I know of women who are like this as well, so it's not a guy thing. It's just that women aren't as "open" about it as men are, and tend to not act on their sexual impulses because society gives them a moral lesson over it.... But there are women who are fully capable of this as well.
