I've been single for a year now and I like it but the moment I'm interested in a guy and he seems to be interested as well, it doesn't last too long. I dont get it. I try not to let it get to me but it's starting to really bother me because this has never really happen to me. I dont understand what I'm doing wrong.

Let me guess, "it" has happened twice, hence you call it "always". It doesn't take more than two times in a row for people to start calling it "always", in general. But remind yourself, two times isn't always, forever or every time. It's still just twice.
And what actually happened here? You got dumped twice? Well, honey, you're far from the only one to get dumped a couple of times. And of course your exes will find someone else after you, the question is how long they actually stay with these other women, and if that actually matters at all. For all you know they're cheating on them/having crappy relationships. No need for you to be even remotely jealous of what other people have, as you have no idea what actually goes on in other peoples lives.
You'll find a boyfriend who'll want a long term relationship, don't be too picky, but don't have low standards either. And be nice to him when he comes around. That seems to be the best recipe.
