I want to get him a superdry belt that he liked but didn't want to spend that much on a belt, but I have no idea what size to order. I'm not entirely sure of his waist size, I think it's 36". So it'll either be a large or a medium. The medium is 90cm and the large is 95cm and these measurements are from the buckle pin to the middle hole of the belt. I'm hoping there are some men on here that can give me an insight into how this is done? Reply to this Question Share |

Well, going by what you have said, the medium is 36" and the large is 38". I know this because 2.5cm is the same as 1 inch. So if your guy is about a 36" waist, a medium should be the right size. Keep the recipt so if it doesn't fit, you can just exchange it for him. You can never really know for sure if something will fit anyway, because sizes of clothing vary so much between different brands.

The belts should say what size waist they fit. They normally have quite a large waist. Get a sneaky peak at his trousers or pants. They should give you a clue.
But generally speaking how big is he? Go with your instinct and keep the receipt!
