Like I said, women who aren't pregnant can lactate too. So if you are big milk drinker, switch to organic milk.
I hope it turns out the way you want it too with regards to the pregnancy test.

Could be you are actually lactating slightly. (even if you aren't pregnant) or it could be an infection. I would keep and eye on it and if you see it again call your doctor.
PS, you might want to lay off milk products for a bit or switch to organic. Some types of milk have hormones in it (disgusting) and it can make non-pregnant women lactate and pre-teens grow boobs.
It could be something as simple as spilled food (yoghurt) or if you guys had sex.. some of his "juice".

Well, could still be you had it there from before the nap, but didn't notice. Could it possibly be from a small wound? Perhaps you should look inside your bra's and see if theres any small dusties that could cause irritation. It could be that your nipple has been rubbed up against something for too long.
I once got a pimple on my nipple and was scared to death when it started bleeding, because I had no idea it was possible to get pimples there and didn't understand what it was. I called the doctor.. they basically didn't care. They said that only if it continues to bleed and hurt, I should go visit them. If the bleeding is small and stop it was a small wound and nothing to bother them with.. basically.
You said there was no blood, but from what I understand this sounds more like dry skin that peeled off and you are so pink underneath because that is what new skin looks like? But if it still hurts after a day or two you could call your doctor to ask. If it doesn't hurt anymore then it was probably nothing.

You know sometimes when your man sucks or nibbles on your nipple it will scab, use neosporin that will help it heal over night!
