Best was a weekend away in the mountains with my g/f when I was 18. I was in my prime, so we could do it as many times as the urge struck us (and the urge struck *a lot*). She was enthusiastic and very willing to indicate what worked for her, so we just got better and better. A very happy memory!
First was not a happy memory. Wholly inappropriate and wouldn't have happened without a very great deal of alcohol.

 First time was awful. I met up with someone I'd been friends with benefits for for a few years and we drove up to a secluded park to make out. I hadn't planned to do it, but I just felt like it/wanted to. But since he knew I was a virgin and neither of us planned for it, neither of us had a condom. So we had to drive to the nearest gas station and then came back and immediately jumped back into it, but I was not physically ready anymore. It was super awkward and painful, not to mention the guy was 6'1" and we were in the passenger seat of a tiny hatchback.
I don't know how to pick just one best sex. A lot of it is awesome with my current partner. There was one time we were in a national park walking around and I found this hidden spot near the trail and we had a quickie and it didn't physically feel like much, but it was very fun. Physically best would likely be when we'd been apart for 2 months and met up. We had tired sex and went to sleep and that wasn't great. But then the next morning we woke up and gave each other massages and then had sex twice in a row that was really romantic and such and then had simultaneous orgasms.

Warm tingly goosebumps type of making love in warm rain in my garden with my girlfriend is my most recent one, we just lay there for a while afterwards basking and letting the rain wash off the mud. But I've had nights of amazing wild sex that was the best wild sex, like last weekend she came back from a hen night pretty drunk and tore me to pieces, I had little choice either, she didn't even bother to wake me before she got started, that was awesome especially seeing as the rocking motion didn't make her get sick this time or I didn't wake up to her lying on top of me after falling asleep in the middle of trying to have her wicked way with me haha.
Sex in public, that had the greatest rush of fear mixed in. Rough, that was the best pain/pleasure mix etc. etc. All the best for all different reasons and different partners too were the best in different things.
If I had to pick one (and this is definitely not politically correct nor would I ever recommend it) it would be the time we took a mix of certain narcotic stimulants and hallucinogens while on holiday and spend 12 hours just exploring each other naked and having sex with an ambient pre-set 12 hour soundtrack. Easily the most intensely pleasurable, magical and amazing thing I've ever experienced sexually. She described it best actually, think of the most intense, almost to the point of blacking out from pleasure orgasm you've ever had, multiply that by 100 and have it last for 12 hours and you still won;t even come close to knowing how good it felt.
First time: Drunken mess when I was 20. An old friend, wasn't really attracted to her and only happened because we were drunk on lots of tequila. I was plastered, mix that with inexperience and I'm pretty sure she wasn't blown away by my skills.
