What happened was when he was rubbing up against your vagina and ejaculated some of it had to of got inside your vigina, maybe by running down your vagina and into your hole?, even a lil drop of seamen can get you prego. and dont freak out about your hymen not being there! that can rip even when your really young by playing a sport, or jumping, falling, riding a horse, riding a bike, ect. ( google it if you dont believe me) it does not mean your not a virgin anymore, please dont panick. and next time he's rubbing on your vagina with his penis let him ejaculate somewere else, so this sorta thing doesnt happen again.

Back to the question - I have no idea. Technically I guess the answer is 'no' you're not a virgin, but if you feel you genuinely haven't given yourself in that way to anyone then I could understand you classifying yourself as a virgin.
Sorry to hear you had to go through an abortion (though that seems less distressing to you than the idea of lost virginity...).

If I were you, I'd concentrate on finding a reliable method of birth control to avoid an unwanted pregnancy again, rather then your status as a virgin.

It is almost next to impossible to get pregnant without having intercourse. He must have entered you slightly without you noticing in order for you to get pregnant.
