 Don't text...call her. See how's she's been doing and casually suggest you go out for a drink or something.
She's the one who suggested you hang out so you don't have anything to worry about here.

 ask her what is her plans for the weekend and that maybe you should get to gether to catch up or re aquainted. from there ask ger if shes involvedbif she say no then make a suggestion that you should hang out a bit more often maybe even have a serious date to see where it goes. if she says yes she has one then suggest you hang as friends that could also lead to a relationship but for the most pt you already got your foot in the door so why not go on in.good luck
