He is so perfect for me its not even funny. but a few months ago he was dating my ex-best friend. i am not friends with her at all anymore, but i still would feel bad. plus my dad completely hates him!!! one other thing, his soccer friend has a huge crush on me. i think he is cute, but he just doesnt compare to my friend. everyone says we would be a perfect couple. what should i do???? do i tell him how i feel, he is my best friend!!

 What doesn't your dad like about him? What didn't your former best friend like about him? It's rare for people to hate others with no reason at all. I know you're in love with this guy but you owe it to yourself to look at the whole picture here, just so you don't get hurt.
If you think their objections are unfounded then tell this guy how you feel. If you are no longer friends with the girl he used to date, you don't owe her anything in regards to staying away from her ex. Good luck =]

I totally think you should tell him how you feel , trying writing a note maybe . And who cares if he dated your ex bestfriend and how does your mom feel about him ? I think you should sit down with both of your parents and tell them everything you feel inside and then confront the boy . Right now im dating my best friend me and him were sooo close at the begginging of the year and now were dating and its perfect ! Makee sure to not keep any feelings bottled inside thats the worst thing . So tell me if my advice is any good ! Hoppe it is . =)
