A reader, anonymous, writes (10 November 2008):

1) I'm happy for you that your girlfriend is not moving.

2) To get rid of chapped lips, you can put petroleum jelly on them and night, they'll feel better in the morning (I've never tried this, but a friend has.) Or, put lots if lip balm on at night. Ok, this one is something i have tried several times. If you rub your lips with your finger or a tissue, they will hurt at first, but the chapping (?) goes away. Or get yourself a less greasy chapstick and don't apply it in front of her.

3) Ok, I'm not being rude here, but do you tell her everything? I don't tell anyone everything. Maybe she just doesn't want to talk about some things with you. Would you really want to here about her PMS?

4) Same as above really. If she's upset, comfort her. Tell her you're there but don't push. She will open up when she wants to. Hug her lots. Tell her she can tell you anything.

I hope I've helped. I probably havn't.
