 Just ask him if he wants to do something together, just you and him. You could go to the cinema, the zoo or maybe a meal. Doesn't have to be a fancy/posh restaurant... Or you could go for a walk and have a picnic when it gets a bit warmer.
There is loads of things you can do. And a date doesn't always have to be what other people see as dates, a date can be anything you want it to be.
