For some reason, one of the guys I'm seeing now, in some way or another, makes the little gland below my tongue, at the center, swell up. This has never happened to me with any of my other partners, but it happens to me every time with this guy. The swelling doesn't cause any problems that I'm aware of--I can talk just fine, there's no pain, and it always goes away. He's the most endowed partner I've been with, but still, what the heck? Any ideas on why this might happen to me every single time I give this guy oral?

You could be irating it do to his size and not semen; however some women do have side affects from some men’s semen. He may have a spicy or citrus diet and that gets passed on through the fluids. You need to ask or at least tell him wants going on. Does not mean you have to stop, you may even become immune to it after your body has time to adjust.
