When I go to type a question, my mind wanders to what advice I would give if I stumbled across my question from someone else on this site. From those thoughts, I've been able to figure out a lot of my own answers. Yes, that means a few less questions posted up here, but it also means there's one more person running around this planet who can figure out some of life's questions for themselves. I still post the ones I'm a little unsure of up on here, but I'd really like to thank dearcupid.com and the agony aunts for this new frame of mind I'm in. Thank you!!Hope Everyone gets that from this site! Reply to this Article Share |

SweetSmoochy is verified as being by the original poster of the questionSeeingStars: I love that!! This site is awesome. I really like it on here.
NotDoneYet: Yay! I'm glad you have taken from this experience. Indeed, the trickiness of reading typed words. That's the problem with communication these days. So much gets lost in the delivery.

If I am unsure of what to do, I ask myself, "If I saw this question on DearCupid, what would I say to this person? What would my advice be?" If that doesn't help, I think to myself, "Okay. If I were to post this question, what would the agony aunts and uncles have to say?" It really does help me step outside of myself, and see the situation from an outsiders point of view. I'm so pleased to discover it is not just me who does this! :-)
