You're worried about what she may do with them but that is her business, and you not sending them will not prevent anything, it will just make you look insecure. If you trust her that little, then give the pics back and re-evaluate your relationship.
I've known a couple of people that kept nudes of themselves on their phone. You may call that narcissistic or exhibitionist, but the fact is people do this and have their own personal reasons for it.
