I've been in your situation and I wouldn't worry about it. There are 2 billion women in the world. You can't expect every one of them to like everything about you. But there are plenty who will like you just fine.I've slept with 30 or so women. Some of them liked it, some of them did not. From what women have told me, my penis isn't very thick and like you I've had comments from some that they liked larger penises than my own. But most women haven't commented on this issue and enjoy sex with me because I do a great job with my hands and tongue and knowledge of their bodies and mind.  If this is literally the only reason she's leaving you, JUST because you are small, then she's not worth keeping. Any girl that determines your value as a man based on the size of your penis doesn't deserve you. But if this is just one of several issues between you, I suggest you work on THOSE problems. Give her attention, make time for her, listen to her, talk about your problems, be honest with her, share with her.
