She did not understand her new doctor or why her old doctor did not inform her of this. Can someone explain this please?

Can somethng be a little "unique"? Especially if he has a name for the catagory?
Oh well. The effect is given by a wider top labia tapering down to a point on the bottom.
I guess it might be acceptable for him to say she has this, but saying "she should be proud"? That is creepy. I cant imagine why he felt entitled to comment on her perceived lack of pride, or what he advocates her doing with her new-found vagina pride.

I have no idea what he could have meant by this but could only find this here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heart-Shaped_Box
Kurt Cobain's "Heart-Shaped Box" was written, apparently, because it was inspired by "Camille's Vaginal / Flower Theory". Camille wrote a book in 1990 called Sexual Personae where she describes female genitals as being perceived as wounds manifesting in diseased flower imagery (typical psychoanalytic rubbish that seeks to establish connections between conscious and unconscious mental processes)
Thus, Cobain's widow, Courtney Love, claimed that the song was written about her vagina.
That is the only explanation I can offer. I think her gynacologist is a weirdo. Maybe she should have asked him what exactly he meant?
