 There are several techniques to practice lasting longer. And then there are ways to last longer while in the act, such as thinking of something non-sexual, or staying still. Moving slow helps, and different positions help.
Different positions will also help her feel more. You don't have to go back to thin condoms if the thicker ones do the trick for you, just try different positions so she will feel more.

And the same thing happened to me when he used a condom and it took me forever to even start feeling sensation. He and I were monogamous and it felt great without a condom. I never got pregnant because I been on the pill. I also used a water based lubricant to help with sensation, so talk to your girlfriend about using a sensual lubricant. Best of luck.
