 The chances are very low, but that isn't zero. It would be though if he doesn't ejaculate and you leave your underwear on. Or just have him wear a condom.

 It's not so much of a chance of getting pregnant, if rubbing on the outside is all he does. But, there is a very high chance he will "slip" and end up with his penis a little too far up. That is a risk you shouldn't be taking. Sexual play can, and in many cases do, lead to "accidental" sex. If you are very moist, and he is too, then it is veeeeery easy to slip and slide and not be so sure of what you have where any longer.
What if it feels so good for him, and you, that you move the wrong way, and oops?
Don't do it. Use a condom if you want him to rub up against you. Use a condom if you intend to be naked alone, no matter how "innocent" you think it is. All it takes is for you to get a little carried away, or distracted, and the accident has happened.

reader, anonymous, writes (7 March 2011): Yes there is a possibility of getting pregnant, the chances are low but it only takes one single sperm to get you pregnant and it can get in there during the course of fooling around. It has happened before, it is rare but not unheard of.

Yes you can get pregnant. I don't think anyone here is able to really gauge whether the chances are high or low. But if he gets aroused, the preejaculate can get you pregnant. And sperm can live inside you for seven days. If it only takes a drop of sperm to get you with child, why not use protection, or keep your clothes on for safety's sake. (:
