I decided this would be the best way for me to lose weight as I have gained quite alot in the past year.I cut out all the coke and fizzy drinks I used to drink aswell as the chocolate and crisps and replaced this with lots of water and fruit. I decided that if I really fancied some coke or chocolate I would allow myself to have a small amount but no more than once a week if I really crave it.I was just wondering if it was normal to suffer from headaches in the beginning of this new healthy eating.

Yes, it sounds like you're suffering caffeine withdrawal (it's addicting stuff). The same thing happened to me when I stopped drinking soda. I started drinking caffeinated tea instead and the headaches disappeared.

If its not that then its probably from cutting out sugar so much, and your body will get used to it. Remember to drink loads of water, aim for 2L a day to help you be healthy and cleansed! :D

Yes, most likely because you're eating fewer refined sugars and caffeine and your body is going through a mild withdrawal. Make sure to drink plenty of water and have a piece of fruit or a spoonful of honey when you feel a headache coming on.
