You know the feeling you get when you are super nervous, its really hot and unpleasent right in the middle of your stomach, the butterfly feeling. I have been getting it every 10 or 15 seconds since I woke up today, and it is driving me mad. The only other time I have ever had this is when I first fell in love with my boyfriend. Everytime we were apart during that time, I felt this hot feeling because I was always thinking of him. It is really unpleasent and I don't know how to make it stop. He is out of the country right now and I am thinking about him non-stop again so I know it has something to do with him. Nothing has changed other than his absence, we are doing great and I'm not worried about him leaving or anything, I don't know why I am feeling this! Has anyone else ever had this happen to them? What is it? How do you make it stop? I feel really anxious and I don't know why! Has anybody ever had this happen to them?
